I gave it a shot.
SC Mini Dress2 was the only folder in the plugin folder.
...it still didn't work.
May be a personal issue, but thanks for your advice; it was worth a shot.

[Edit: I also tried joining the Monica and Saiko versions together into one folder (changing the names of Saiko's files and adding them to the end Monica's code). Monica's worked, but Saiko's still didn't.]

Redownloading and reinstalling the latest patch worked for me.
