I've tried downloading this twice. Keep getting it blocked. Someone reported it unsafe. The site where you have it posted is a headache. I have to wait over hour before I can retry the download. Which I didn't have any luck the second time around. First time was Norton blocking, then the second time, after disabling Norton, Windows blocked it.
