help problem installation

Hello everyone, I have two compiter one with win 8 64bit and one win with 10 64bit when I run the setup file I open the installation window cut that does not allow me to go ahead.
I tried different versions of xstoryplayer 3.5 but no dice how can I do thank you |

It happens with the demo version I open the message "can not find suitable screen display mode" should I set qulacosa the video card? I looked in the FAQ but could not find the solution
