filmmaker not oping

ive re installed clean install a few times but i cant get filemaker to open i got this error
ERROR: Verify failed in file '.\app\fm_app_pack.cpp', line 36: CFmApp::PackInit: OpenPack failed err any ideas? |

Open start.ini with notepad count line until 36 check what is there and compare to: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=4340
