Posting some screenshots of the new version is very much appreciated.
(As counter balance to crashes and download issues :) )

You can make a screenshot with [CTRL + X], it will be saved in the home directory of XStoryPlayer

I'm can't progress past the point where the creature teleports away because the games crashes whenever I try to use a map's exit door. :(
