 Mod support made easy using Account Manager app

Post Mod support made easy using Account Manager app
Hi

Is there a way to make mod support more easy for us that cant understand how to mod, Is there a way to add a mod menu in to the Account Manager so we can drag drop to a folder and the Account Manager will install to the right locations ?
