Simple there die temp is somewhere 100-110 degree C.

I just wanted to report that skidrow was right.
The fans of the graphic card were dead. I've clean my computer a week ago, and found out that both fans were not working !
I've bought fan replacement on ebay and it works like a charm now !

So if you are laggy after some minutes of playing check your case/dust/fan etc.
The top temperature I get now is 59°C !
