I bought the game a few minutes ago, but I still do not have access to the latest version.
Can i download the launcher?

The launch for the game for people who bought the game is somewhat later, the site has to be adjusted for download.
People who did donate though have an Account Manager and only through that there is a direct download. That also is somewhat restricted for the time being to prevent an overload on the servers. So only a certain amount of users can download at a time.
