Yes, I understand about having to allocate resources. What I don't understand is that you say those future stories will only happen with enough funding, and yet on offbeatr you tell people that if they donate enough money they will get "free" access to the stories.

The tentacle story will be made.

The stories after that depend on the sales and on the offbeatr results. If the offbeatr projects succeeds we can make those other stories as well.

If the offbeatr does not succeed the donators do not have to pay because the project was not successful.

So is not a mixed message.

Well, the main news is that we are still busy. It will also take a while before the new version will be released.

The input from the forum got us developing a lot of new features like:
- A lot of possibilities for customisation by users
- Better responses for the girls
- Better/more movements/interaction (motion capture and physics)

It was hard for us to to this gradually by spreading the releases, so we are rebuilding a lot of elements.

After the next release, new releases will be more evenly spread in time I expect.

ETA till next release? Even if it's a rough estimate? 1-3 months?

Damn "try to release it this year?" I hope so...tried the demo and want to buy the full version but i am holding off until the update to the next version with the tentacle story..

Even with xStoryPlayer as it is, it's well worth the price and quite fun to play with whether you're feeling frisky or not. I was a little apprehensive at first because I don't like to spend money unless I have to. I've never regretted one cent I spent here. There's so much to play with, and not just the girls.

I can't help but experiment with boxes, brooms and just mess with how things work. Though I've crashed the game a couple of times doing that. Don't put something in the way of a girl's position and tell her to get into that position.
