@bummer6 Doesn't take long. About 10 hours for me, but I ordered at night. You'll be able to see it available in the manager when it comes out. And it will probably be talked about quite a bit on the forums

In Short, no. Paypal does not allow the sale of anything that has adult content associated with it, through their system. I ended up having to use a debit card to pay for the donation that I made.
