I was thinking that Monica would be more of the cliche hot co-worker at the office, but your guess actually sounds like it would have a bit more of a story to it than mine.

As for Saiko (or is it just Aiko?), I honestly have no idea what she could be, since every time I see a tan Asian girl in some sort of sexual situation, all I can think of is the stereotypical Vietnamese prostitute, which obviously wouldn't have a story behind it.

About Monica, she could be in charge of supervising players investigation and the Story could start with her cutting back the budget, and abusing verbally of him. This way we could start hating her in the same way that Samantha in Dark Dreams.

About Saiko, she could be a schoolmate of Tiffany. And maybe she only meets the monster by accident.

Maybe I'm thinking too much about this.

I suppose, although I wouldn't to see the bitchy female character get used too much.



Did you just make up the monster, or is there actually a monster in her storyline? She isn't one of the victims of the tentacle monster, is she?

I think he needs to post a big update with several shots of Saiko and Monica gameplay... there should be a solid release date by now.

He mentioned something 5x% not too long ago and the next update should be 3.x, cause it includes the tentacle story plus all the gameplay stuff from 2.2. Or so I remember. So I guess the Q1-deadline is not up to date...

As I understand it, there are two or three stories being added, so it's probably not going to be free. Luckily, current owners of the game only pay the difference in cost if the price changes.

from the looks of the post of progress its still at 54% so probably going to take 6 months or a year. depending on if the team is working full time or part time on it.
bot many updates to gauge how much work gets done say a week or a month . so cant say much.

I'm more betting that's just because he hasn't updated it yet. Seeing as it the release date was (last time I checked) end of this month, early next month (a.k.a., end of Q1 if not beginning of Q2), if it was going to take another 6-12 months, he probably would have mentioned that the release date would be pushed back.

Or at least, that would have been a nice thing to do if the release date was being pushed back.
