Is this close to an early release, or is there much more work to do before a release?

I have to LOL at the "headlights". :p It's looking quite good.

Will this be a side-scrolling or 3D environment we can walk around in?

I just found out that Unreal Engine is now available for 19,- dollar per month (And also only 5% revenue on release)
Interesting pricing plan.

Maybe using Unreal 4 engine with the XStoryPlayer physics and AI in a later version could be a good idea.
At least worth investigating. The lighting on the skin in Unreal 4 is indeed very nice.

Main issue is the level of interaction with the character. Interaction with the character's body is limited in Unreal, and I think it may be hard
to add that to the source code. But on the other hand maybe it is possible. I will look into this once version 3.0 is released.

N.b.
Will horny aliens be fps or fpf (first person fuck)?

There is still much work to do.

It is a sidescroller so it will be like you see in the videos of AWHA (you can only move left, right and up/down). When a sex scene begins the camera will zoom in but stay at the side.
