Ah ha! You're still playing the old version. Newest has streets F and E. On F street, Ayumi and Saiko have apartments. Sometimes she goes to the karaoke(?) bar on street E, as does Ayumi together with Rin.

Following your reports, I've updated the game with a few more corrections:

Try download it again but still say v0.3, zip file say 0.4.

Ah yeah, I forgot to change the version number in the home menu, but as long as you used the link given here, you should have the latest. Check the downtown in the map menu to see if you have the new streets.
