What is that wooden thing in the Halloween and Dungeon called? Where you open it and make them put there arms and head in?

They have more than one name, but the one used in the game is "the stocks"

Ok ty :) Im not into the whole bondage thing so Idk what there called lol. Would have been nice if xstory would have given us a legend or something with commands on it

It's not a bondage thing. It's a torture device that used to be commonly used for punishing some crimes. You lock someone in the stocks, out in public, for some number of hours or days. They get the public humiliation, and also whatever members of the public decide to throw at them. It was not infrequently an indirect death sentence. And for people whose stature was a particular mismatch for the stocks, it was a direct death sentence.
