I'm just going to post share some notes I've taken across the board on the matter to help get the ball rolling.

Finding SFM resources

SFMlab, a hosting site for erotic SFM models.

Converting SFM to Maya

After that you can proceed the same way as the other XSP models.
Converting Maya to XStoryPlayer

Um, yeah, I don't actually... know anything about the process of making a model compatible with XStoryPlayer... Because I don't anything at all about 3D modeling. All I know for sure is that there are steps between Maya and XSP.

When we actually get a foreign model into XSP, I'll update this post, with links.
