Actually I only wanted to change the player mesh.
Maybe we are going in the same direction with this, tomahawk308.

I haven't tried yet, I need to play with Maya a bit more. I'm having too many things in mind so I left this study for later.
I made a nude girl model, with a bad unfinished head and not uvmapped, which I believe I can adapt to replace Peter.

A lot in Maya :) but actually just the skeleton file in this matter. I dont rush, I moved back to something else, scene and props. Weeks away from the game make me forget everything I learned about the game.

The model I can use is on my turbosquid, just have to cut her arms and ugly head off and increase the polycount. And texture it properly (my old Caprice of course:) )

@xpadmin thanks can we replace the actual futa mesh with main player mesh

That is not possible. It has a very different layout than the main player. Also the main player is driven by the collider and the characters drives its collider.

It is however possible to change the mesh of the main player and make it e.g. into a doctor or other costume.
