simple script for pack management

Hi new user playing with modding decided to build a quick script to pack and unpack the mod with a few options figured I would put it up see if anyone wants to use it, works great on windows 8.1 with powershell 4. really powershell 4 is the only requirement other than XstoryPlayer. should work for anyone
