Well, now i got it. Dynamic spawning of linked dyn_objects is NOT possible! And if you have such an object in your .ma scene you can redeclare it to something more complex like its done with buttons or the stocks. Those Objects are allready dyn_objects and redeclaring them as dyn will crash the game because its just stupid to do...
