It depends on what time zone you are in, in relation to Xmoon. Obviously he/she can only send them out when they are awake. I notice that allot of their posts are made in the middle of the night my time (I'm USA Central). I purchased in the middle of the day, and received my email the next morning when I got up. So give it up to 24 hours... :)

Note, I'm not speaking for Xmoon, just speaking from experience... :P

The mail with the account manager is not an automated process.

It usually takes between 1-6 hours to receive it (indeed depending on time zone).

If you did not receive it after 8 hours please contact me using PM or in the support section of the website.

Just donated 60$ (around 50€ for me, good to be an european sometimes :D)

Can't wait to see the results of your work, i played the first two episodes and they were great.

edit : already received it, is it automated now? ^^

I must be missing something stupid. Im trying to donate, but I cant figure out how. I have the xstoryproject selected on offbeatr, I have an account. I have clicked the "rewards available" as well as most other options and it never takes me anywhere... What am I missing?

Yes the offbeatr project was closed after it was successful.

Because there was demand to be able to pledge during the development, we have added the option to pledge on the forum.
The rewards are the same as the offbeatr rewards.
