Awesome stuff. A slider would be cool, but I understand the complications behind it.

Perhaps also a tattoo option would be cool? I'd love to give a tramp stamp to a couple of the girls..

I think there already is that option. Some of the models have 2 or more skin mats for things like tatoos. If you wanted to add another option for a skin with more tats you could mod it in pretty easily by just editing the mat with photoshop or zbrush. I'm not sure if its a separate layer like makeup but if it is, that would make it easier to do.
