Just as soon as someone starts modding, Digital Ero has to shut down... I was hoping you could figure out how to convert SFM models for use with XSP.

Edit: Turns out they have set up an archive to browse.

I couldn't find what I was looking for. But this looks like a good candidate for conversion. If you download the model from sendspace, make sure you uncheck the "Download with special downloader" box.

Those are for 3.0. From what we've seen in videos, the top is for Saiko, and the bottom is for Monica.

Also, what OS are you using, because that looks completely different from my install:

I know what they are, was hoping they had packed the scenes or models in by accident. ;) Also the files are the stuff that's in the pack files.

I've been trying to open those. What'd you use?

Have not figured how to open packs, admin says it's encrypted and I can't figure it out. I read files from memory as they are loaded into memory and dump to files on disk. It gets most of the files. Maybe admin will reveal the pack secret so we can mod easier while they're still working on next version. Would not be hard to write a program for it if they give us the specs.

So, if I understand you correctly, as the game loads files from the HDD to the RAM, you grab them and throw it onto a virtual (or real) drive?

Basic idea, yes.

Can I have the program and/or the script to use and learn from?
