As I understand it, that percentage is for V3.0 since they are currently working on the new girls and clothing/environments for them which is all part of the tentacle story from v3.0 |

I do have one question about the 2.2 version. When it comes out and we upgrade will we lose our save points? From what I've seen 2.2 has a lot more content which may overwrite our game saves. |

They only confirmed that 2.2 wouldn't be released in 2013 as originally planned. I also think they are just going to push for 3.0 but they haven't confirmed this afaik. |
