Jesus, Edward790 is a busy man. I just wonder what good he thinks he's doing. No one is going to click his link and they'll be deleted with him banned in no time.

I'm starting to think that Edward790 might be spammer.

It amazes me that this might actually work. It must have some return otherwise why do it?

Thankfully I'm not an idiot. That seems the surest way to pick up a virus or any other malicious software.

If any spam is encountered, please report it with the Report button or give me a PM.
I am not online 24/7 of course but will try to keep an eye on spam as support for xpadmin.

XPMod, you must be doing a FANTASTIC job, because I haven't seen a single incidence of spamming since you came on board. Bravo!

Thank you :)
Has to be said that there was not much spam posted. We (xpadmin and me) did do some preventive work though, maybe that helped :)

Just to answer the question "How can this be worth anything?" it's a link farm scam. The spammer sells their blackhat SEO services to naive/lazy/cheap businesses, promising to post their link on thousands of web forums, implying (or outright lying to them) that this will drive targeted traffic to their site. Of course, Google doesn't work that way, so it's just a waste of money for the suckers, but the spammers have little to discourage them. The only thing that can really be done is just what's being done here. And this is pretty good really. I've seen some forums with very poor signal to noise ratios. Like, only 1 post in 30 is not spam.
